Bought this for millia. Had one on the side of the bridge of my nose for months. It was getting larger over time. Even my dermatologist had not been willing to treat it, told me to use an otc retinol which only made my skin peel. About 4 weeks of using the cream, suddenly it was gone! I only used once or twice day. Might have worked even more quickly if Id used it 3X a day. My husband has a keloid on the back of his hand, it seems to be improving that, as well. Very happy with this cream. Worth every penny.

Just amazing! Only cream I have used for puffiness and black eye circles that has worked. Added bonus, made the creases between my eyebrows basically disappear and has lightened all dark spot of my face.

I think it reduce the size of my milk spot (or Milia) by using this cream. I think it also help with dark spots. I need to use it longer to really see if it clears the dark spot or not. Also, the smell doesnt smell good at all. I wish they can change the small. But the more you use it, the more you can tolerate the smell. And so thats why I gave it a 4 stars for now.

This is the first thing Ive tried thats got ridden gotten rid of the little millia on my chest!! It does not irritate my skin, I had no problems with the cream at all. Ive bought a 2nd jar to keep my chest clear!

This cream is the best cream for under eye issues such as milia. I doubted it would work because everything else failed but gotucream is worth every penny. It truly works. I noticed a difference in the first 2 weeks of using it. It also keeps my skin super smooth. Using it as directed helped me achieve my goal of milia removal! I love it!

This cream really helps!!! Unfortunately I got hyper-pigmentation from a fibroblast around my eyes and milia as well which is common after burns. I never write reviews but I was desperate with my awful experience using all kind of things and I hope I will help/make it easier for someone else. I wish I knew way earlier about this cream I saw major improvements after one week. Thank you so much!!!!!
