Gotucream Wholesale Partner Agreement
By purchasing Gotucream at wholesale pricing, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Pricing Policy
Recommended Retail Price (RRP): The RRP for Gotucream is $58 USD per jar or local currency equivalent.
- Online Sales: You must sell Gotucream at or above the RRP on your own website.
- In-Store Sales: You may set your own price for in-person sales at your physical location.
2. Prohibited Sales Channels
Resale of Gotucream on third-party marketplaces is strictly prohibited, including Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, TikTok Shop, and online auction or marketplace sites.
3. Shipping & Handling
Shipping costs will be calculated based on your order size and location and added to your final invoice. Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon receipt of your invoice. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.
5. Enforcement
Violation of these terms will result in one warning, followed by immediate termination of wholesale access upon a second offence.
6. Buy-Back Guarantee (First Order Only)
For your first wholesale order, we will buy back up to 24 unsold and unsealed jars within 6 months of purchase if they remain unsold. This guarantee applies to first-time orders only.
7. Agreement
By checking the box below and proceeding, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
