30-day easy returns
You have 30 days from delivery. Items should be in original packaging and like-new condition. Email {support_email} with your order number and we will send return instructions the same business day.
Refunds
Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return. If an item arrives defective or incorrect, we cover the return shipping and replace it at no cost.
Exchanges
Prefer a different item or another size? Email {support_email} within the 30-day window and we will arrange an exchange. We cover return shipping on exchanges, and if there is a price difference we settle it either way before the replacement ships.
Return shipping
Return shipping is free. We email you a prepaid label to print, and there are no restocking fees. Refunds are processed within 10 days of the return reaching us.
2-Year Cartiveo Warranty
Every product is covered for two years against defects in materials and workmanship. Contact {support_email} with your order number and a description; we repair or replace. Physical damage and misuse are not covered.
